{"id":8212,"date":"2022-07-29T02:23:30","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T02:23:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/?p=8212"},"modified":"2023-09-19T12:14:23","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T04:14:23","slug":"land-information-new-zealand-is-live-with-einvoicing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/news\/land-information-new-zealand-is-live-with-einvoicing\/","title":{"rendered":"Land Information New Zealand is Live with e-invoicing!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"915\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/LINZ-Blog-Banner-e1659068523888-915x515-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/LINZ-Blog-Banner-e1659068523888-915x515-1.png 915w, https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/LINZ-Blog-Banner-e1659068523888-915x515-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/link4.asia\/my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/LINZ-Blog-Banner-e1659068523888-915x515-1-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 915px) 100vw, 915px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is\u00a0one of the latest central government agencies in New Zealand to join the Peppol\u00a0eInvoicing\u00a0network, becoming e-invoicing compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting Link4, one of the leading Access Point providers for the government sector in New Zealand and Australia, LINZ, as a major public service department, can now receive e-invoices into their ERP platform TechnologyOne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key highlight of this project is that LINZ is one of the few&nbsp;government departments in New Zealand&nbsp;to now be able to&nbsp;validate e-invoices and send invoice responses back to their suppliers swiftly through the Link4 e-invoicing Access Point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the successful implementation of this project, LINZ process their&nbsp;suppliers\u2019 invoices and sends their status back to their suppliers\u2019 Accounting systems through the e-invoicing Peppol Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, even if a LINZ supplier has joined the e-invoicing network but they are unable to receive invoice responses yet, Link4 sends the status of the invoice via email. As a result, this Link4 facility eliminates the need for LINZ to spend time independently recognising if the supplier can receive an invoice response or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Link4 worked directly with the LINZ\u2019s team to implement this project. Interestingly, the first supplier of LINZ has already adopted Link4 InvoiceExpress \u2013 a quick and easy solution that allows them to send invoices without the need to use a Cloud Accounting system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Link4 CTO Sam Hassan shared, \u201cThis was an exciting project for Link4.
